NFL Weekly Recap S.02.04 Week 4
NFL Weekly Recap
Another week in the NFL is done. It’s really upsetting. Not because the Patriots lost. It’s because week 3 in the NFL was loaded with fantastic football games. That’s not what’s being remembered though. No it’s all about the atrocious officiating. So let me get the more egregious parts out of the way.
- 33 penalties in NE @ BAL is ridiculous.
- Sidney Rice had offensive pass interference
- Golden Tate had offensive pass interference on the final play
- M.D Jennings intercepted the pass on the final play
- 1 game suspension is far too light a punishment when the player lost part of his earlobe.
Let’s get on with the recap.

PREDICTIONS
I had another 7 and 9 week last week. This brings my season total to 21 and 27. I hope to turn the season around before this gets out of hand. However teams aren’t playing like I’m used to, and the officiating makes it hard to call. Let’s go for it though.
Cleveland Browns @ Baltimore Ravens
My Pick: Baltimore Ravens
The offense is good, and the defense can stop any thing the browns have.
Carolina Panthers @ Atlanta Falcons
My Pick: Atlanta Falcons
This team is good, and Carolina already failed for me once.
New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills
My Pick: New England Patriots
Tom Brady won’t let this team drop 3 in a row.
Minnesota Vikings @ Detroit Lions
My Pick: Minnesota Vikings
This is a tough pick, but the Lions have looked sloppy
San Diego Chargers @ Kansas City Chiefs
My Pick: San Diego
I expect them to pick up after last weeks rout.
Seattle Seahawks @ St Louis Rams
My Pick: Seattle Seahawks
They got a lucky win against Green Bay, but I think this team can eat the Rams
San Francisco 49ers @ New York Jets
My Pick: San Francisco
San fran lost but the Jets are too inconsistent for me to choose them.
Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans
My Pick: Houston Texans
The Texans are another team on a roll that I don’t see being stopped this week.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Jacksonville Jaguars
My Pick: Cincinnati Bengals
No one is picking the Jags. They are still rebuilding.
Miami Dolphins @ Arizona Cardinals
My Pick: Arizona Cardinals
The Cards defense looks fantastic.
Oakland Raiders @ Denver Broncos
My Pick: Denver Broncos
I expect Peyton to pick it up a notch in this game
New Orleans Saints @ Green Bay Packers **
My Pick: New Orleans Saints
I don’t see this team dropping to 0 and 4.
Washington Redskins @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
My Pick: Washington Redskins
Both teams let me down in the past, but I see the Skins as the better overall team
New York Giants @ Philadelphia Eagles
My Pick: New York Giants
Vick looks like a bust and the Giant front 7 is awesome
Chicago Bears @ Dallas Cowboys
My Pick: Chicago:
I like the Bears defense in this game.
FANTASY FOOTBALL
I won this week but not by much. I dropped Austin Collie from my bench and picked up Martellus Bennet of the Giants so I could replace the injured Aaron Hernandez.
