    Actually, I kind of like DOTM as well. It’s flawed as heck, being a Bayformer flick and all, but it has more positives that ROTF. Granted that’s not saying much.

    As for Bumblebee not being a VW Beetle anymore, that’s really Volkswagon’s fault. They don’t want their vehicles associated with war toys anymore for whatever reason. It’s why Bumblebee figures based on the G1 version can’t be Beetles anymore. Like so:

    That’s why you haven’t seen a new Bumblebee G1 figure with a VW alt mode.
